In short, use them the same way you do with disposables. On the other hand, it is not recommended to use it to absorb the fat from bacon or fries, because the fabric will become saturated with fat and it will be difficult to completely dislodge it afterwards.
Wash fabrics before first use.
Machine wash in lukewarm water with mild soap.
Do not use bleach.
For better absorption efficiency, do not use fabric softener. The fabric softener may make the fabric waterproof.
Note that the product will be at its full absorption efficiency after ten washes.
