You will need: 10 cups of broth of your choice, 1 can of coconut milk, 2 tbsp. tablespoon of peanut butter, 150g of rice vermicelli.
* Optional: 1 cup of cubed protein (tofu, beef, chicken), toppings of your choice (cilantro, sriracha, lime zest).
Preparation : 5 minutes Cooking : 20 minutes
Pour the contents of the pot into a cauldron. Stir in broth, coconut milk, peanut butter and cubed protein, if desired. Bring to a boil with the lid on. Simmer for 20 minutes. Then, add the rice vermicelli according to the manufacturer's instructions.
