Description

Organic white popping corn kernels "White Lightning", Organic red popping corn "Midnight special".

Preparation: In a 2 to 4 liter saucepan, put 2 to 3 tbsp. of sunflower oil or camelina oil with 75 to 125ml (1/3 to 1/2 cup) popping corn. Coat the grains well with oil. Cook over high heat by sliding the pot over the heat without lifting the lid (corn covered in hot oil can cause burns). When the corn starts to pop, lower the heat by 1/3 for about 1 minute then turn off the heat. Leave the pot on the heat until all the corn is popped.
