1071, boul. d'Iberville, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Future.

May contain traces of wheat, nuts, sesame, soy and peanuts due to handling and sale in stores.

Grown and processed in Quebec at Ferme de Promelles, Coaticook, Quebec.

Dare to use naked oats and local rice. Whether we call it Quebec rice, Gaspésie rice, oat kernels or naked oats, it is the same product, a grain of oats in its most natural state possible!

It is so named because when cooking it keeps its shape and can replace rice in any hot, cold, savory or sweet dish, even in salads. Naked oats contain more nutritional value than rice without having traveled as many miles. Cook like rice, in a pan or in a rice cooker using 250 ml (1 cup) of oats in 500 ml (2 cups) of water. Can also be used to cook risotto.

Very fashionable among chefs who dare to use local Quebec products, a superb discovery!

Dare Quebec! Good tasting!
