Preparation: Rinse well before use. No soaking is required. Cook in 2 to 3 times their volume of water for 30 to 45 minutes.
For germination: Soak the lentils in water for 8 hours. Rinse thoroughly and drain. Afterwards, rinse morning and evening. You will have beautiful sprouted lentils after 2 to 4 days.
