Description

Peppermint leaves and hemp chips

Peppermint leaves and hemp grits

We combine hemp seeds with very high quality herbs. Hemp seeds are rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids and are a perfect protein containing all 20 essential amino acids. These are therefore beneficial for hair, skin and nails. Additionally, they aid digestion and can alleviate joint pain caused by arthritis.

Suggested preparation and storage

Water temperature: 100°C / 212°F

Infusion: 3 to 6 minutes

Storage: It is best to store herbs in a dry place and in an airtight, light-tight container. However, if you use glass jars, you will need to store them in a dark place to avoid damage.

This infusion is a mixture of peppermint leaves and hemp broken.

Herbal teas do not come from the Camellia Sinensis plant, but rather from a very wide variety of leaves, roots, bark, seeds or flowers of different plants. Their infusion can have different properties, depending on its composition. For example, an herbal tea could be calming, refreshing and/or therapeutic.
