We combine hemp seeds with very high quality tea, one of the best antioxidants. Hemp seeds are rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids and are a perfect protein containing all 20 essential amino acids. These are therefore beneficial for hair, skin and nails. Additionally, they aid digestion and can alleviate joint pain caused by arthritis.

Infusion : 1 to 3 minutes
Storage : It is best to store tea in a dry place and in an airtight, light-tight container. However, if you use glass jars, you will need to store them in a dark place to avoid damage.
