We combine hemp seeds with very high quality tea, one of the best antioxidants. Hemp seeds are rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids and are a perfect protein containing all 20 essential amino acids. These are therefore beneficial for hair, skin and nails. Additionally, they aid digestion and can alleviate joint pain caused by arthritis.
Water temperature: 90°C / 194°F
Infusion: 3 to 6 minutes
Storage: It is best to store herbs in a dry place and in an airtight, light-tight container. However, if you use glass jars, you will need to store them in a dark place to avoid damage.
This herbal tea is an anti-flu blend. It is composed of ginger root, rosehip, tulsi, orange peel and lemon, citriodora, lemongrass and white ginger.
Herbal teas do not come from the Camellia Sinensis plant, but rather from a very wide variety of leaves, roots, bark, seeds or flowers of different plants. Their infusion can have different properties, depending on their composition. For example, an herbal tea could be calming, refreshing or therapeutic.
