You can use this solid toothpaste with the natural beech toothbrush for a zero waste routine.

Instructions for use: Rub your wet toothbrush on the solid toothpaste to make it lightly foam. Brush your teeth, rinse your mouth and smile!

Storage: Ideally allow the toothpaste to dry before closing the lid.

Good to know: Solid toothpaste does not contain water. The amount needed for brushing is tiny, but in terms of results, you will see that it is no less effective!

Solid toothpaste is the zero waste product par excellence, helping to combat pollution caused by traditional, non-recyclable tubes. Solid toothpaste has existed for several years here in the form of loose powder or elsewhere in the world, particularly in Europe. But it is relatively new in this compacted form to North America.

Can several members of the same family use the same solid toothpaste?

Since the toothbrush is passed only once over the solid toothpaste before brushing (same principle as with the tip of the toothpaste in a tube or a pot of loose toothpaste) and the toothpaste is anti-bacterial, it is as much hygienic than another type of toothpaste. However, if a member of your family is sick, basic hygiene principles apply as with any other type of toothpaste: do not use the same toothpaste and separate brushes so that they do not touch each other. You can also choose one toothpaste per person and identify it so that everyone has their own.
