This herbal tea was created a long time ago by Lise Lavoie, herbalist at Fuji teas, at the very beginning of her apprenticeship. The ingredients that make up its recipe have been chosen for specific benefits and are recognized as such. All plants, except eucalyptus, have always been used by Native Americans and they are also found in our boreal forests. We can grow them in our gardens, which allows you to have your own little personal herbal pharmacy.
