How to serve Pu-erh AGED 3 YEARS
1 C. teaspoon (3 grams) of leaves for 250 ml
Water temperature: 95°C (203°F)
Infusion time: 4 to 5 minutes
Rinse the leaves with water at the recommended temperature for a few seconds. Then, discard the water and prepare your infusion according to the directions.
You can re-infuse your tea leaves 2 to 3 times!
