Description

Description : This tea comes to us from the Fujian region, in China. It is grown between 1500 and 4900 feet above sea level. It is also a 'Spring Grade no 1' spring tea. It is unfermented, naturally wilted, made in small batches and hand sorted. This tea picked in spring is of great finesse. Spring picking is famous, because only the first buds and the first two leaves of the plant are harvested. In addition, pickers only harvest it once a year. Also known by the popular name 'White Peony', this tea has a slightly woody and floral taste with aromas of hazelnut and chestnut. A wonderful combination of aromas!
