HOW TO SERVE MASALA CHAI BLACK TEA
Infusion in a teapot
2 tbsp. teaspoon (6 grams) of leaves per 250 ml
Water temperature: 95°C
Brewing time: 5 to 7 minutes
Traditional infusion
Use 2 cups of milk of your choice (cow's milk, soy or other) and 2 cups of water.
Heat until simmering.
Add 4 tbsp. of your chai mixture and let it infuse for about 15 minutes over low heat.
Finally, you can add sugar if you wish (2 or 3 tbsp).
Afterwards, sift your mixture and taste. Good Chai!
