ERA6175 - Maple syrup aged in whiskey barrel

Every spring, from the La Fabrick maple grove located in one of the richest maple terroirs in Quebec, the best maple syrup is selected, an exceptional 100% pure product. In order to make this amber nectar with its rich and tasty taste even more exceptional, it is aged in freshly emptied whiskey oak barrels.

As it ages, the syrup with caramelized flavors absorbs the delicious aromas of the barrel, which give it vanilla, woody notes and a delicate whiskey flavor. As a bonus, it has a very long, tasty finish thanks to its syrupy texture. The result of this combination is simply divine!
