Epsom salt is used in the bath for its calming action on the muscles thanks to the magnesium sulfate it contains.

The bath salts are presented to you in a reusable and recyclable 500 g blue plastic pot.
Use: 3 to 4 tablespoons in a hot bath (around 37o Celsius) for 20 minutes, until the skin has time to expand and absorb the different active ingredients. Generate other benefits by adding one or more essential oils of your choice.
