Oven : preheat before cleaning to 49oC (120oF) then close before applying the product.

Grill : apply the undiluted product generously with a cloth, a brush or using a foaming spray. Allow the solution to act for 1 to 5 minutes. Do not let the product dry. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Rinse well with water. Apply a thin layer of grease to prevent rust.

Commercial oven : Do not dilute. Using an applicator, spread the cleaner directly onto the walls, grills, burners, and windows. Leave on for 1 to 15 minutes. Light scrubbing may be necessary for stubborn stains. Use a soft nylon scouring pad. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Rinse well with water. Dry.

Food Plant : Equipment and surfaces that are in direct contact with food should be rinsed with potable water after cleaning with this product. Avoid contamination of food during use. Do not store in food processing or storage areas.

Griddles : apply the product as is, using a cloth of brush. Let the solution work for 1 to 5 minutes. Do not let dry the product. Wipe clean using a clean damp cloth. Rinse well with water. Wipe dry. Apply a thin coat of shortening to prevent surface from rusting.

Commercial oven : do not dilute. Using a brush apply cleaner directly to walls, racks, burners and glass. Let the cleaner work for 1 to 5 minutes. Stubborn areas may need light agitation using a soft nylon scrubbing pad. Rinse well with water. Wipe dry.

Food establishment : equipment and surface subjected to direct contact with food must be throughly rinsed with potable water after being cleaned with this product. Do not store in food-processing or food-storage areas.
