Use: 3 to 4 tablespoons in a hot bath (around 37o Celsius) for 20 minutes, until the skin has time to expand and absorb the different active ingredients. And you have the choice between various essential oils for aroma and their benefits or you choose the unscented and add your favorite aroma to it.

The foundation of edffervescent bath salts is their mineral content which, when dissolved in the water of a nice warm bath, helps the body to strengthen and relax. And, in terms of appearance, salts help maintain firm, healthy skin. They clean the skin deeply thanks to the particles that are released into the water and which provide natural exfoliation. They also have a little-known characteristic which is to help treat skin problems if not to make them easier to tolerate.
ingredients: Dead Sea salt, Epsom salt, organic tapioca starch, baking soda and citric acid.
Dead Sea salt: its high concentration of trace elements, including a high proportion of magnesium, potassium and calcium, make it a popular aid for its soothing, purifying and toning effect.
Epsom salt: it is used in the bath for its calming and beneficial action on muscles, bones and joints thanks to magnesium sulfate.
