How to serve SOUTH SEA ROOIBOS
Hot infusion
2 tbsp. teaspoon of leaves for 250 ml of water
Water temperature: 90°C (194°F)
Infusion time: 3 to 5 minutes
Cold brew
4 tbsp. teaspoon for 1 liter of water
Infuse in the refrigerator for 5 or 6 hours or overnight.

ROOIBOS SOUTH SEA – HOLIDAYS!
Rooibos is actually a herbal tea. It comes to us from South Africa and is produced in the Cederberg region. This plant grows at an altitude varying between 1500 and 2500 ft and is 'Choice Grade #1'. This plant is prepared in the traditional way, rolled and has undergone a fermentation process. This rooibos can be drunk hot, cold or in a latte.
