A velvety black tea, very gentle in the afternoon. Excellent with crème brûlée, lemon tart or even with eggs benedict and dark chocolate. Delicious! Additionally, this tea is used to prepare an excellent London Fog !
This tea is grown in Sri Lanka, between 4000 and 8500 feet above sea level. Here we have a large orange pekoe (OP) prepared in the orthodox way.
