Hot infusion
2 tbsp. teaspoon for 250 ml of water
Water temperature: 90°C (194°F)
Infusion time: 3 to 5 minutes
Cold brew
4 tbsp. teaspoon for 1 liter of water
Infuse in the refrigerator for 5 or 6 hours or overnight.
