The extracts produced by Colibri Vanille are always made from vanilla processed in the country of origin in order to contribute to maintaining the economic structure of the exporting country. Even though processing is not in Ugandan Bantu traditions, we work to help them improve their techniques so that they benefit from a better price for their product. Our Bantu vanillas come from Timothy Pulunmy's farm.
