This wonderful yellow pea flour is delicious and very versatile. From crepes, to falafels, to pizza, a real delight. It replaces chickpea flour. You can also use it in all your recipes by replacing the required half of all-purpose flour with yellow pea flour.
Used in making pancakes, they are light and tasty. Raw dough will have a bitter taste that completely disappears when cooked.
