TOPICAL APPLICATION
Local use (less than 10% of the body): add 1 drop in 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 3 times a day.
For body massage (more than 10% of the body): add 5 drops in 25 ml of vegetable oil, once a day.
VAPOR INHALATION
Add 3 to 12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of boiling water/facial steamer.
Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes. Up to 3 times a day.
